Perishable Goods Policy
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any perishable items, including brownies and other sweet treats. If you have any concerns about your order, please contact us immediately upon receiving it.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
We strive to ensure that your treats arrive in perfect condition. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please follow these steps:

2.Provide a clear photo of the damaged or incorrect item, along with your order details.
Once we review your claim, we may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Quality Concerns
If you are unsatisfied with the quality of your order, please reach out within 24 hours of receiving your treats. We will assess the situation and may offer a replacement or partial refund, depending on the circumstances.

Cancellations & Changes
Orders can be canceled or modified within 24 hours of purchase.
Once production has begun, we are unable to accommodate cancellations or changes.

Refunds
1.If approved, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
2.Shipping fees are non-refundable.
